  Excellent top-of-the-line customer service the Staple in the Chick-fil-A franchise. The quality of the food was fantastic on a scale of 1 to 10 the food wasn't 11. Definitely a must stop when you are in Duluth Georgia!

  I eat here a lot... sometimes multiple times in a week. Its consistent, and the best Chic-Fil-A I have been too between multiple counties. Its very busy, and sometimes the drive thru line is wrapped around the building but they move cars through fast. There is a play area for the kids if you want to eat in. The table area was not as clean as I would like to see a place kept, but I think it was right after they got slammed, still management should have someone constantly cleaning tables and sweeping during super busy times.

  We've taken the children here several times. Today's experience was unpleasant. The cashiers were having personal conversation and didn't pay attention. Not only was my order not taken correctly, the cashiers didn't say thanks. When I thanked them (made multiple trips to the register), they didn't even reply.

  Not sure what has happened to this location. Used to be amazing. They're always slammed so you'd think they know how to deal with a rush, but the last two times we've gone we've had to wait 15+ minutes for our food, having to finally ask for it and it's miraculously "oh it just came up".
  
  Judging from the last few reviews I see I'm not the only one that's noticed this.

  I was there just the other..The place is so crowded Durning the 1130-1200 time frame.was a little dissatisfied the soup I ordered was great but the chicken sandwich looked so flat and salty and I didn't get my dam pickels as well.in my opinion they need to make that tiny place alittle bigger
